Fees
The overall cost depends on the total square footage of your property, the number of rooms, and your budget. It also depends on the existing furniture and amenities you already have, that we can integrate in the new design.

I recommend a furnishing and decor budget of $12 to $15 per square foot, while taking your overall budget into account. This approach allows me to craft a unique design that enhances your rental’s appeal, justify higher rates, and increase occupancy.

My fee is structured as 20% of the total project cost. This fee is all inclusive of my
services: a thorough space evaluation, design, furniture and decor selection, purchasing, coordinating deliveries, and final installation.

Therefore, the total project cost includes my 20% fee as well as the furnishing budget, adjusted according to your needs and budget.
