A few years ago, I fulfilled a dream by creating a boutique residence in the South of France. I managed every aspect of the project, from renovation and interior design to marketing and listing the home on Airbnb and Booking.com. The property quickly became a sought-after destination for travelers seeking elegance and comfort, and after over three years of successful management, the property was profitably sold.

 

This journey gave me a deep understanding of what guests truly value, the importance of both aesthetic and practical details, the quality of amenities, and the need, in such a highly competitive market, to spark an instant emotional connection that drives the decision to book. ​
